Meet the Teachers & Staff
Tina Stemmler
Director
Dance director of Tapping with Tina’s Ballerinas dance program teaching 37 years ago, after graduating from Webster University with a B.A. in Dance. In addition to her dance degree, she is Dance Master Certified. Tina was placed in a small dance program at the age of 3 and has been dancing ever since. Now, her goal is to give back to her community and bring the same memorable and affordable opportunity she had as a child.
Christina Stemmler
Co-Director
Co-director of Tapping with Tina’s Ballerinas. She has been dancing for 33 years and teaching for 21 years. Ever since she was 3 years old, she takes any opportunity to perform. During her dance career with Tina, Christina has won numerous awards such as: Regional Top Student Choreography Award, Silver Metal for Small Group Jazz, and Outstanding Junior Performance in 2006.
Bri Stemmler
Teacher’s Assistant / Dance Teacher / Photographer
Bri joined Tapping with Tina’s in 2013 as a dance student in various styles. During her time learning and studying dance she has joined in the passion of teaching others. In 2018 she graduated with an AAS in PTA at Meramec with Early Childhood education classes and clinical experience. Bri also is the main photographer for TWTB recitals and events.
Pat Meyer
Assistant Teacher / Recital Production Manager
Mrs. Pat received a B.S. in information Technology from Washington University as well as an MBA in Business Administration from American Intercontinental University. Pat has been in charge of costume alterations and assists in various dance classes and recitals production.
Nicole Meyer
Ballet Specialist / Choreographer / Teacher
Nicole has been dancing with Tina Stemmler for 22 years. Nicole attended Missouri State University where she received her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Dance Studies. She went on to pursue her AAS for PTA at Meramec with focus on Early Childhood education for children with diverse special needs. She has choreographed for various schools and age groups.
Ms. Kyra
Dance Mascot
Ms. Kyra is a shy, gentle giant who is adjusting to our larger location so she will not be seen in classes at this time but she loves to make cameos in tons of our Youtube videos.
